Added Incentives Offered at Sentinels

Extra incentives including upgrades such as Travertine tile in the master bathroom shower, stained kitchen and master bathroom cabinets, and granite kitchen counter tops are now available on move-in ready homes at Sentinels by Davidson at Del Sur. These incentives apply to homes closing by June 30, according to the homebuilder. Current pricing at the community starts in the mid $700,000s.

Davidson’s Home of the Week at Sentinels, Homesite 209, also includes valuable incentives. The Residence 3A showcases views of the La Jolla Valley and features a backyard with plenty of room for a pool. The two-story floor plan includes four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, great room, kitchen nook, private courtyard with dining room access and approximately 3,329 square feet. Priced at $845,000, Davidson’s Home of the Week also includes walk-in kitchen pantries, travertine pullmans and tub decks, and two fireplaces.
