Del Sur Grading Continues Expansion
Posted on August 23, 2011
Noticed all the grading going on in 92127?
That’s the Del Sur completing its build-out, grading as much as 1.3 million yards of dirt for the next phase of construction at the 1,800-acre, north San Diego County master-planned community.
Some 80 acres of the community between interstates 5 and 15 are being groomed to make way for new residences, an active adult neighborhood, two parks, a Poway Unified School District school site, a town center, and additional open space and trails, according to the San Diego Business Journal.
Del Sur’s next phase of residential construction will accommodate 300 homes in a range of options, including attached homes and large lot estate homes. An active adult neighborhood of 300 residences also is
planned. The town center is expected to move forward within the next few years with 500,000 square feet of office space and 225,000 square feet of retail.
