Local television weatherman Dave Scott — a musician and singer — performs songs of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and other crooners at the kick-off luncheon of the Rancho Bernardo Woman’s Club at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 1 at the Rancho Bernardo Inn, located at 17550 Bernardo Oaks Drive.
