VIP Reception Just for Dementia: “A Brain Game on the Green!”

On September 28th, a helicopter will hover above the first tee at The Rancho Benardo Inn and drop 500 numbered golf balls on a target.  The balls closest to the target win!  The first closest ball will be able to choose their prize first, 2nd place will choose next, etc. (The balls will be sold at community events prior to this date.)

Current prizes include:

  • One week in Honolulu at the Ilikai on Waikiki Beach (airfare not included)
  • Overnight stay for two with golf or spa package at the RB Inn
  • Three night escape to a private home in Big Bear
  • Golf foursome at Carmel Mt. Ranch Country Club

Immediately following the “drop” is a VIP reception on The Bernardo Terrace overlooking the first tee.  A variety of tray passed hors d’oeuvres will be provided as will a full, no-host bar.  The Earthmovers, a well-known blues band with an excellent reputation and large following, will play during the reception.

Tickets to this reception will be sold in advance.
