A Message from the 4S Ranch Girls Softball League

Dear 4S Ranch Girls Softball Families -

Registration is now open online at www.4srgsbl.com under the Registration tab. We encourage everyone to register online. If you have any problems with online registration, please contact registration@4srgsbl.com. You get a big price break if you sign up early, so sign up today! Fees include 12 weeks of practice/play, jersey, visor, socks, pictures and trophy.

Fee Schedule:

6U (T-Ball) 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U

Prior to October 31 $75 $130

From Nov. 1 to Dec. 8 $90 $150

From Dec. 9 to Jan. 3 $110 $170

Wait List after Jan. 10

Each family will also be charged a $40 refundable fundraising deposit. Fundraising activities are necessary for our league to operate successfully and keep registration fees low. If you would like to participate in the fundraising activities, your deposit will be returned to you after the activities are completed. Please note that we will have no concessions activities for the 2013 Spring Season (we will have responsibility for concessions again in the 2014 Spring Season).

All girls from ages 5 – 14 are welcome to join us for the 2013 season. We will hold mandatory assessments on January 5, 2013. These assessments are an important part to helping us form balanced teams. (6U players are not assessed, and we will do our best to honor requests for friends to play together at the 6U level.)

We plan to field teams at each of these divisions: 6U (T-Ball), 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U. Your daughter’s birth year determines what division she’ll be in. The breakdown is as follows:

6U (T-Ball) - 2006 and 2007
8U - 2004 and 2005
10U - 2002 and 2003
12U - 2000 and 2001
14U – 1998 and 1999
We are still working on finalizing the Spring calendar, but the main dates are listed below:

12/21/12 Manager/coaches applications due

01/05/13 Mandatory Assessment Day

01/10/13 Last Day for Registration

01/28/13 Practices Begin

03/02/13 Games Begin

03/09/13 Spring Celebration Kick Off

04/29/13 Spring End of Season Tournaments

05/04/13 Closing Celebration

While we do encourage everyone to register online, we will have a few in-person registration dates for those who want to pay by cash or check or who may have a question. Please note that we must receive your payment by the dates above to receive the lower rates.

10/19/12 Fall Festival, Stone Ranch Elementary – Time TBD

10/30/12 4S Ranch Sports Park, 6 to 7pm

12/08/12 Try-It Day (Stagecoach Park) – Time TBD

01/02/13 4S Ranch Coffee Bean, 6 to 7pm
